What I Do
Find your fitness
7am Bootcamp
Boot camp is an efficient way to get a whole body strength and cardio workout in each session.
It's motivational, exercising with a group of people keeps you going.
The fast pace and demanding exercise help you burn more calories per session than you might in other group exercise sessions, it's also a cost efficient option, running Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Healthy Habits
Health and Fitness starts with the mind, not the body.
Over an 8 week programme we work in a small group on sustainability, looking at ways to build healthy habits that fit your lifestyle, this is particularly important if you're considering GLP1 medication.
Together we focus on changing behaviours, eating well, consistent activities and time for you.

Read, Reflect, Reset
Join us and focus on how a health related book can support you and your lifestyle. Every couple of months we choose an inspirational read, share ideas and pick one thing from it that can help you.
